Architect (Construction Site Experience)

Job Description: Oversee design compliance and conduct site inspections for building and mixed-use projects. Identify and resolve design issues in coordination with contractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders. Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, UAE codes, and applicable authority regulations.

Review technical drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with contractors and engineers to address technical concerns and resolve site-related issues. Monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to approved designs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
