Job Title: ESE Coordinator & ESOL Teacher Location: Bridge. Prep Miami Gardens, 3520 NW 191st St, Miami Gardens, FL 33056 Contract: Full-Time Compensation: $56,607.00 – $74,348.00 (Base starting rate includes referendums, supplements, and bonuses based on experience/degree) About the Role Bridge. Prep Academy Miami Gardens is seeking a dual-impact ESE Coordinator & ESOL Teacher .

This hybrid position combines targeted language instruction for Multilingual Learners with campus-wide Special Education (ESE) compliance leadership. This role includes two extra weeks outside the regular academic calendar dedicated to ESE compliance setup, caseload reviews, and audit prep.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver small-group and individualized instruction to ESE and ESOL students; implement required accommodations and language scaffolds (WIDA/ACCESS aligned). Compliance & Leadership: Manage IEP timelines, reevaluations, file audits, and service minute tracking to maintain 100% state and federal compliance. Coordination: Partner with general education teachers, related service providers (Speech, OT, etc.)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher. Certifications: Valid/eligible Florida Teaching Certificate with ESE Certification and ESOL Certification/Endorsement. Clearance: Level 2 Florida Care Provider Background Screening required. References: Must provide 3 professional references (including 1 former manager).
