Project Management Analyst - Junior or Senior - Secret Cleared

• Secret Cleared. This role supports a Navy customer in San Diego, CA. Job Description and Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact for the client or customer. Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basis. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules. Perform management, technical, or business case analyses. Collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Track program/project status and schedules. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management
• Manage schedules, budgets, and project deliverables.
• Lead project teams in developing plans, risk assessments, and performance metrics.
• Analyze project data to identify variances and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare high-level briefings, reports, and documentation.
• Apply government-instituted project control and documentation processes. Basic Requirements: A Junior has 3+ years of relevant project coordination or analysis experience. A Senior has 10+ years of experience supporting DoD or NAVAIR project management Preferred Skills and Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Power BI. Excellent organizational and communication skills. PMP or DAWIA certification preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
