About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic HR Interns who are eager to learn recruitment and HR operations in a fast-paced staffing & consultancy environment. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to talent acquisition and client hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support recruiters in sourcing candidates from portals and social platforms Screen resumes as per job requirements Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups Maintain candidate records and trackers Assist in job posting and employer branding activities Help in onboarding and documentation processes Support day-to-day HR and recruitment tasks Requirements Requirements Pursuing / Completed Graduation or MBA (HR preferred) Strong communication skills Interest in recruitment and HR career Basic computer knowledge Willingness to learn and take ownership
