Sr. Firmware Control Systems Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Firmware/Control Systems Engineer to serve as a technical leader across our embedded, controls, and cross-functional engineering teams. This role owns complex firmware architectures, drives control system innovation, and sets the technical standard for how IPA designs and ships firmware — from coding practices to hardware/software integration.

You'll play a key role in mentoring other engineers, shaping team processes, and ensuring our products perform reliably in the field.
