Technician IV

The Technician IV is a highly skilled manufacturing professional responsible for independently setting up, operating, and maintaining complex machining processes while ensuring exceptional quality and productivity standards. This role interprets engineering drawings, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and complex specifications to produce precision components with tight tolerances.

The Technician IV performs advanced inspections, tooling adjustments, process troubleshooting to optimize machine performance and product quality. Working with a variety of materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, and exotic alloys, this position drives operational efficiency, minimizes scrap, maintains accurate production documentation, and supports safe, organized manufacturing operations.
