AV Installation Technician

APPLY ONLINE ONLY Synergy Integrated Systems is hiring a Low-Voltage Installation Technician to join our Raleigh field team, installing AV, lighting, networking, and security systems that make our clients' homes and businesses run smarter. You Are: A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work. You Have: Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ. Your Location: In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid) 8321 Bandford Way Suite 003 Raleigh, NC 27615 Projects in surrounding area Your Schedule: Full Time (40hrs/Wk) We work four 10 hour days Mon-Thurs 7:45am-6:15pm Your Manager: Matthew, Lead Installer & Manager Synergy Integrated Systems' Core Values: Integrity Efficiency Enthusiasm Excellence Accountability Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron) Install and mount TVs, projection systems, video walls, audio, shading, low-voltage lighting, and security devices Build and lace equipment racks Setup and configuration of devices Connect and bring control systems to life (Control4 a plus!) Understanding and setup of networks Troubleshooting of devices AV Installation (Resi & Commercial) Security Installation Low-Voltage Cable Pulling Managed Services (MSP)

• If you can install! Electrician (HV or LV) Salary: $55k-$75k/year
