For this In-House Recruiter (Consultant) role based at our Schaumburg, IL branch, you’ll begin by supporting front-desk and administrative responsibilities — greeting walk-in guests, assisting with drug screens, and answering incoming phone calls.

As you grow in the position, you’ll transition into recruiting: sourcing candidates, calling web responses, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. This evergreen posting is intended to establish a pool of qualified candidates for future opportunities. There may not be an immediate job opening, however candidates whose qualifications align with future hiring needs may be contacted as roles become available.

Our Recruiter is accountable for: Full life-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and markets Attracting, sourcing, and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a consistent, fair, and equitable assessment and selection process Essential skills, knowledge & experience : Prior experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, ideally in an industrial/warehouse setting Strong customer-service skills with a positive attitude and collaborative relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners Results-driven, action-oriented, with solid time management, multitasking, and adaptability Strong verbal and written communication Compensation & Benefit s Base pay range for this position is $23–25/h per hour.

Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location. Total compensation package includes benefits as applicable to the position. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location. $51,300.00 - $68,400.00 Total compensation package including benefits as applicable to the position – understanding that each person has unique professional and personal needs focused on your total well-being.
