Key Responsibilities

Master the art of inventory monitoring and control, ensuring our production team has everything they need, when they need it. Predictive Ordering : Use data-driven insights to predict and order parts with precision. Sales and Promotions : Utilize your exceptional sales skills to charm clients and craft irresistible promotions for our parts catalog.

Leadership : Oversee the flow of parts in and out of the shop, manage and train parts department personnel, and develop strategies to maintain profit goals. Analysis and Improvement : Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED Experience : 3+ years as a Parts Manager or similar role in the automotive industry Skills :

• Strong knowledge of inventory monitoring principles
• Excellent sales and organizational skills
• Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
