Adaptive Construction Management (ACM) Location: Mansfield, TX | On-Site Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time | Hourly / Non-Exempt Experience Level: Mid-Level Travel: Occasional Adaptive Construction Management is seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Construction Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers and General Managers in the successful execution of commercial construction projects.

Commercial construction Project Coordinator experience is required.

What You'll Do

Enter new jobs and maintain project information in the project management system Coordinate schedules and requirements with field technicians Receive, track, and maintain project documentation Coordinate subcontractors and ensure required paperwork is completed and filed Manage lien releases and subcontractor compliance documentation Manage fuel card activations Generate project reports and dashboards Participate in project conference calls Respond to project questions from technicians and customers Provide excellent customer service Support Project Managers and General Managers with day-to-day project needs Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Required: Commercial construction Project Coordinator experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office Working knowledge of Google Docs Self-motivated and able to work independently Analytical, resourceful, and results-oriented Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization Strong work ethic and commitment to the work schedule
