• Responsible for assessing patient needs, provide patient education and assisting physicians in the office setting.

Education

• Associates Degree in Nursing Licenses and Certification
• Current Illinois LPN or Certified Medical Assistant
• BLS Certification Experience and Skills
• Technical Experience: N/A Role Specific Responsibilities
• Assess and plan patient care needs
• Assist physician in office setting
