Weekend Hospice RN – Signature Eugene Hospice 📍 Eugene Area | Saturday & Sunday Shifts 8 or 10 hour shifts available 💲 $52-$55/hr + Mileage Reimbursement Join our compassionate hospice team and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled hospice care in patients' homes while supporting families through end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

Complete patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Provide skilled nursing care, symptom management, and patient/family education Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team Document patient care accurately and timely Why Join Signature Eugene Hospice?
