Bus Aide

• Special Education 2026-2027 QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent Previous work with students, preferred Must be able to pass background check upon hire Must be able to speak, read and understand English Must have ability to relate well with children and other district staff and community members Strong communication skills with employees (school and district), parents, and students - able to generate positive relations and morale Ability to multi-task Self-directed, displays problem solving abilities Ability to use and have working knowledge of computers Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at a distance up to 100 feet Salary/Benefits: $18.00-$21.30 per hour based the 2025-2026 Classified Pay Schedule. Placement based on previous experience. Apporximately 4 hours per day as assinged by the Transportation Coordinator and Director of Special Education Monday
• Friday Approximately 170 work days per school year.
