Day Porter

English or Spanish, Tuesday and Wednesday 10am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 6:00am-2:30pm , A driver's license is required. Duties: Keep lobbies clean, to include glass at entry doors. Keep open seating areas clean. Keep restrooms clean. Restock supplies in restrooms as necessary along with kitchen/coffee stations & breakrooms.

Maintain elevators, elevators landings and stairwells clean. Clean, re-stock cafeteria supplies, take out the trash and reset chairs and tables in the kitchen, cafeteria, and/or break rooms (particularly before and after busy times). Clean tables, take out the trash, reset chairs in the conference rooms before VIP visitors and after meetings, upon request.

Perform pressure washing duties and leaf blowing, if applicable (male porter). Police and maintain external areas, if applicable. Respond to spills and other cleaning emergencies. Remove or warn of safety hazards, such as objects in the way of pedestrians or wet floors. Remove trash and debris from all entrances. Perform all of these duties, and/or additional agreed-upon duties as needed.

Team member will perform duties in numerous buildings as assigned (if applicable).
