Providing effective customer service and Handle Investor Relation within specified region. Responsible for smooth processing of day-to-day Branch operations in the region. Report complex operational issues to Operation Manager/ Head –Branch Operation for resolution. Providing training and guidance to BOE’s for Branch Operations.

Responsible for RCRM & MIS pertaining to R & T Operations within specified region.
