Role: You will serve as a technical lead and team leader, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects, promoting best practices, and actively contributing to technological and organizational growth.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Engineering Serve as a technical reference for development teams (design, coding, DevOps) Promote best practices: clean code, architecture, testing Standardize development practices (automation, frameworks, reuse) Team Leadership: Develop and coach engineers Build a collaborative, results-oriented team culture Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of technical talent Delivery & Performance: Ensure projects are delivered on time (≥90%) Ensure the quality of deliverables and the stability of solutions Serve as the point of escalation for complex technical challenges Transformation & Innovation: Drive the adoption of GenAI (e.

g., Copilot) and automation Continuously improve processes, tooling, and architecture Evolve DevOps, CI/CD, and testing practices Promote a culture of innovation Stakeholder Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks Collaborate with business and IT teams Ensure clear visibility into performance and deliverables Strong knowledge of: Systems architecture DevOps and CI/CD Testing and quality Ability to review code and provide technical guidance to teams Proven experience leading development teams Experience with Agile methodologies Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-oriented profile Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Requirements: Fluent English (required) Fluent French (C1) - mandatory Workplace type: Hybrid Local: Parque das Nações, Lisboa
