What You'll Do

As a BCBA, you'll provide clinical leadership for children receiving ABA services while working closely with RBTs and families.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting behavioral assessments

• Developing individualized ABA treatment plans

• Creating meaningful, measurable clinical goals

• Supervising, training, and mentoring RBTs

• Reviewing data and making data-driven treatment decisions

• Monitoring client progress and modifying programs as needed

• Providing caregiver training and support

• Collaborating with families and other care professionals

• Participating in clinical team meetings and case consultation

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Following BACB ethical standards and payer requirements

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a BCBA who is:

• Certified: Active BCBA certification in good standing

• Compassionate: Provides ethical, individualized, child-centered care

• Collaborative: Enjoys working with RBTs, families, and fellow clinicians

• Data-driven: Uses clinical data to guide treatment decisions

• Supportive: Enjoys mentoring and developing RBTs

• Communicative: Builds positive relationships with families and team members

• Professional: Committed to high-quality clinical care

Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.
