Job description
The Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Reviewer is responsible for evaluating third-party appraisal reports to determine the credibility, accuracy, and reasonableness of market value opinions. This role provides critical support to the mortgage lending process by assessing valuation risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting prudent lending practices.
Salary range: $125,000–$160,000, based on qualifications and experience. (On-site position)
