Employee Relations Specialist
Job description
Join Lifetime Assistance as an Employee Relations Specialist and help foster a respectful, supportive workplace! You’ll serve as a first point of contact for employee concerns, conduct ER intake conversations, document and track cases, interpret HR policies, review corrective actions, and coach supervisors through challenging employee situations.
You’ll also support offboarding and escalate higher-risk matters to ER leadership. We’re seeking an HR professional with a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of HR experience, strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality.
