Work independently & with a team to complete service calls on time Maintain accurate job records – document work performed, parts used, and services provided Deliver exceptional customer service – educate clients on proper system maintenance What We’re Looking For: 3-4+ years of hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration service Experience with small & large self-contained refrigeration systems Restaurant “hot” equipment experience?

Big plus! (We’ll train if needed) EPA Type II license required , OSHA 30 preferred Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills Go-getter attitude, ability to work independently & manage time efficiently Valid driver’s license & clean driving record Why Join Cold.
