LPN II

DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTIONS The Licensed Practical Nurse supports the nursing process and functions under the direction of a Professional Registered Nurse. The Licensed Practical Nurse must adhere to policy and procedure for Berkshire Medical Center clinical services. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)

Experience: Has a thorough knowledge of nursing principles and procedures.

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing. License, Certification # Registration: # LPN
