Trainmaster (Railroad experience required)

As a Trainmaster, you'll play a key leadership role in guiding employees across the assigned territory. You’ll be responsible for overseeing both the operational and administrative aspects of the department, ensuring everything runs safely and efficiently.

This position is more than just managing schedules and logistics - it’s about building a strong team, fostering growth, and creating a positive work environment. You’ll be hands-on in interviewing, hiring, and training new team members, while also supporting their development through performance reviews, coaching, and recognition.
