Senior Recruiter

De. Leers Construction is looking to add an experienced recruiter to our Human Resources Team. If you like the thrill of achieving goals, talking to people, bringing new talent into a growing organization, and leading the talent acquisition area, then this is the role for you! This recruiter is accountable for overall talent acquisition including working directly with hiring managers to establish hiring goals, creating appropriate recruiting processes, attending job fairs and events, managing job postings and job boards, sourcing candidates, managing strategic relationships with staffing partners and technical schools, managing the recruiting budget, and the overall candidate on-boarding experience.

This person is also accountable for reviewing on-line applications, conducting the initial phone interview, and recommending candidates for in-person interviews. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about finding the best talent to add to our De. Leers Team. De. Leers Construction is a De. Pere based construction company, with over 200 employees throughout the state of Wisconsin.

A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Marketing (or equivalent experience) is preferred. 1-3 years of experience with recruiting, sales or human resources is required. Experience in the construction field is not necessary but is a plus. This position is based in the De. Pere office.
