Gluer Operator- 3rd shift

The purpose of the Gluer Operator I is to serve as an entry-level trainee position that will train with the Gluer Operator III position, to ensure that the department is able to run during breaks, lunches, and shift change over times. The Gluer Operator I will first learn to assist all Gluer Operators to learn the machines and keep them running at all times.

The Gluer Operator I will take direction from the Gluer Operator III trainers. After a series of skills assessments and additional training, the Gluer Operator I will learn to independently set up and operate the folder/gluer machine to fold materials and glue edges to form cartons to specific customer demands.
