Assistant to Import TDM

Assistant to Import TDM Full time, permanent We are looking for an Assistant to the Import TDM who is highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working with data and reporting. You will support the management and development of the Import North Med trade by liaising with overseas offices, monitoring cargo movements, producing reports, and helping to drive process improvements.

Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role. How you will help us and what you can expect Understanding and research of the market to support decision making and commercial growth Analysing performance and providing feedback on this to the Trade Manager Establish maintain good client relationships Maintain special rates contracts as well as Geneva tariffs Use in-house systems such as Flint, Avery, TMS, Link the One Vision Platform (OVQ, CRM, OVParty) Client Geneva visit preparation Assist with day-to-day quotations as well as tenders Query handling resolution Support the Trade Development Manager as required on an ongoing basis Provide any other support when required
