Sales Consultant New Business

Sales Consultant – New Business, Transdanubia – CWS Workwear Hungary We are growing fast in Hungary and are looking for a proactive sales professional to win new customers in Transdanubia (Western Hungary). If you enjoy opening doors, presenting with confidence and closing deals, this role is for you . Your territory Transdanubia (Dunántúl): Győr-Moson-Sopron, Vas, Zala, Veszprém, Komárom-Esztergom, Fejér and Somogy counties.

You will spend most of your time with customers in the region, so you should live in or within easy reach of it.

What you will do

• Find and win new customers for our workwear rental and laundry services
• Proactively identify, approach and contact potential customers in your territory
• Plan, schedule and run customer meetings independently
• Understand customer needs and develop tailored solution proposals
• Prepare offers and present them convincingly to decision-makers
• Negotiate and close deals, and manage the contract documentation to signature
• Follow the market and the competition in the region
• Keep your pipeline up to date in Salesforce CRM
• Work closely with colleagues across departments What you bring
• Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in field sales / new business
• A proactive, self-driven personality: you create opportunities rather than wait for them
• Strong closing skills and a drive to reach targets
• Confident, engaging presentation skills, in person and online
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships; a good, active listener
• Reliability, ownership and healthy self-confidence
• Fluent Hungarian (native level)
• Good working English (approx. B2): you can follow trainings in English and communicate confidently with international management. No certificate required.
• Category B driving licence
