Member Associate

The Member Associate plays a vital administrative and customer service role within Northern Credit Union’s branch operations. Working closely with the Member Advisors and Market Manager, the Member Associate supports the end-to-end loan process by managing and submitting documentation, maintaining client records, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

This role serves as a key liaison between clients and the lending team, helping facilitate smooth and timely loan approvals while delivering a high standard of service. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced branch environment.
