Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Regional Sales Manager -All governorates to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities

Set and achieve regional sales targets. Manage and develop Sales Supervisors and their teams. Conduct field visits to ensure strong execution. Build relationships with key accounts and distributors. Oversee pricing, promotions, and visibility implementation. Analyze regional performance and provide strategic actions. Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing (MBA is a plus). 5–8+ years of sales experience, including managerial roles. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Experience in FMCG/pharma preferred. Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools; willing to travel.
