Job description
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the operational and financial performance of the food & beverage departments which includes both restaurant and banquet departments. Areas of responsibility include guest service, sales, accounting/budgeting, asset protection, inventory control and various human resources responsibilities.
The Food & Beverage Manager directs all operations in alignment with the direction of the General Manager, brand standards, and local, state and federal regulations. Additional responsibilities include meeting or exceeding the department’s financial goals, short and long term planning, and assistance in the preparation of departmental budgets, marketing and business plans.
