Chautauqua Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking to add an MDS RN to its team with an anticipated start date of November 2026. In this role, you’ll coordinate Medicare, Managed Care, and Medicaid reimbursement activities while ensuring accurate MDS completion, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement optimization. You’ll also provide education and support to facility staff while overseeing MDS processes and assisting with reimbursement-related audits and reviews.
