Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Supervisor, the Front Gate/Guest Relations team ensures a positive guest experience by enforcing park policies, verifying admission, and assisting with guest inquiries.

Responsibilities include

checking bags, monitoring attendance, providing information, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

 

Essential Functions

• Check bags for prohibited items and enforce park policies.

• Verify guest admission tickets and season passes for entry.

• Track and maintain accurate attendance records.

• Greet guests upon entry and exit, providing exceptional customer service.

• Assist guests with inquiries about park amenities, layout, and services.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Process retail transactions, handle payments, and assist with merchandise sales.

• Restock and organize retail items in designated areas.

• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 16+ years of age

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Exposure to direct sunlight, hot temperatures, and rain.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs. and walking and standing for extended periods.
