We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accounting Analyst to join our finance team. This role plays a key part in financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement, supporting accurate accounting operations and informed business decisions.

What you're responsible for: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Perform complex account reconciliations and variance analyses Support month-end and year-end close processes Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies Support internal and external audits, including documentation and audit requests Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and leadership teams Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Mentor junior accounting staff as needed To join our team: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) You are a CPA or CPA-eligible preferred You have 4–7+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience You have Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards You have Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) You have Experience with ERP systems (e.
