39 hours per week Working 3-4 shifts a week including alternate weekends Night shifts: 8pm - 8am £12.71 to £12.81 per hour, plus night and weekend enhancements What you'll actually be doing

• Helping residents with the everyday things — washing, dressing, eating, getting around — in a way that respects their dignity and independence
• Getting to know the people you support and their families, so care feels personal, not procedural
• Supporting mealtimes, activities, and the small daily moments that make a real difference
• Working as part of a close team who look out for each other, not just the residents
