Audit Staff Accountant

Role Overview As an Audit Staff Accountant, you'll work alongside managers and partners on a variety of audit engagements, gaining hands-on experience throughout the audit process while building a strong foundation in public accounting.

In this role, you will: Assist with financial audits for clients across multiple industries Perform audit fieldwork and review financial records and documentation Communicate with clients and collaborate with team members Participate in training, CPE, and ongoing professional development This role is ideal for recent or upcoming accounting graduates looking to launch their careers with a firm that values mentorship, professional development, and long-term growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or nearing completion) CPA candidate or intent to pursue licensure Public accounting internship experience (Preferred) Willingness to travel and work additional hours during busy seasons Compensation & Benefits Hybrid schedule available after initial onboarding period Flexible work hours and three weeks of PTO Seven paid holidays plus additional office closures (2 weeks) CPA assistance, paid GSCPA membership, and CPE Tuition reimbursement and ongoing mentorship Retirement plan with employer contribution Medical and supplemental insurance Weekly team lunches and firm events
