Senior Associate - Resource Management

The Senior Associate, Resource Management supports staffing, scheduling, capacity planning, workforce analytics, and resource optimization activities for the India Tax practice. This role works closely with the Manager, Talent Optimization and Tax leadership to facilitate effective resource deployment, monitor capacity and utilization, support staffing decisions, and maintain accurate workforce data. The Senior Associate serves as a key contributor to workforce planning efforts by providing reporting, analysis, and operational support to help ensure resources are aligned with business demands while supporting employee development, engagement objectives, and operational excellence across U.S. and India teams.
