About the Role

As a certified Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in our residents’ daily lives. You’ll be joining a dedicated care team that works collaboratively to support dignity, safety, and overall well-being through established job routines.

Your responsibilities

Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers Assisting with meals and nutrition support Tidying resident rooms and common areas Performing minor treatments and reporting health observations Responding to call bells with attentiveness and empathy Participating in care planning through daily reports and documentation Supporting inclusive, respectful, and equitable care delivery Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Completion of a Personal Support Worker certificate program from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Must be willing to further training/education of the Personal Support Worker field through in-services, etc. Familiarity with: Health & Safety Procedures Resident Bill of Rights Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021 Point Click Care Demonstrates a commitment to the delivery of safe, efficient care to the personal needs of residents.
