GTA East, ON | Full-Time | Permanent | $36-$46/hr + Overtime + Benefits Program Complex Parts. Solve Real Manufacturing Challenges. Our client is a leading precision manufacturer serving world-class customers across aerospace, defence, medical devices, robotics, renewable energy, and advanced industrial markets. We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with strong 5-axis machining and Mastercam experience to join a growing manufacturing team.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working on technically challenging components, optimizing machining strategies, and supporting production from programming through completion. What You'll Be Doing Create and optimize CNC programs for complex precision-machined components Support 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining operations Work closely with operators, setup personnel, and production teams Develop fixtures, setup sheets, inspection documentation, and machining strategies Troubleshoot programming and machining challenges to improve efficiency and quality Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations Contribute to projects supporting aerospace, defence, medical, robotics, and industrial customers What We're Looking For 3+ years of hands-on 5-axis CNC programming experience Strong Mastercam programming skills Experience with Solid.
