What You’ll Do (As Our Pit Crew Chief) As a Service Advisor, you are the ultimate go-to expert and the bridge between our powerhouse technicians and our loyal guests. You will: Guide the Journey: Lead customers through their service experience with precision, confidence, and genuine care. Diagnose with Accuracy: Laser-sharp documentation of vehicle issues to ensure right-the-first-time service.
