Supervisor

Arclin is seeking a Supervisor for its Coit, Cleveland OH facility. The Supervisor leads all production, safety, and compliance activities during a 12-hour shift to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role supervises operators, coordinates with Maintenance and Quality teams, drives production and quality goals, and ensures compliance with all safety and environmental standards while fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
