Family Medicine Physician Hospital-Employed | 100% Outpatient Dillon, South Carolina We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a hospital-employed primary care practice in Dillon, South Carolina . This position is 100% outpatient with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating phone call only (1:10) , supporting an excellent work–life balance.

The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care in a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities
