Sundial Beach Resort & Spa, located on tropical Sanibel Island, is seeking experienced Servers to join our team. Ideal candidates have attention to detail, take pride in their work, and have a positive influence in a team setting. Candidates must be hardworking, have a strong work-ethic, and be a responsible team player.

Primary Responsibilities: Serve drinks and meals to guests in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner in all food and beverage outlets. Suggestively sell menu and drink items and ensure that guests receive quality service throughout their visit. Must have professional presentation and strong communication skills. Work schedule will include evening, weekends and holidays.

Our compensation package includes an $5.63 hourly wage, PTO after 90 days, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, STD, 401k with company match, dining and travel discounts and paid tolls for Sanibel & Cape Coral!

Required Skills

Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. as well as stand and walk frequently. Professional presentation and strong communication skills required. Work schedule will include evening, weekends and holidays.
