Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and a passion for hospitality, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas, and pool-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain health and safety standards. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests with professionalism.

Requirements

Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred; experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleaning standards. Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Good communication skills; must be able to interact positively with guests and staff. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is an advantage.
