Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney

Our client is a large, international law firm. They're seeking a bright, ambitious, and highly motivated attorney with 3–5 years of experience and strong writing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Draft pleadings and briefs Prepare and respond to written discovery Draft correspondence to colleagues and clients Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide client recommendations Conduct legal research via Westlaw/Lexis Review documents in preparation for litigation Attend and conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations as required Submit court filings Requirements Admitted to practice in Arizona (additional admissions a plus) Discovery and law-and-motion experience State and federal court experience Excellent academic credentials and work history Strong writing and analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to handle highly sensitive and time-sensitive matters, often simultaneously Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Benefits The firm offers a range of tailored benefits, including healthcare coverage, retirement planning, and wellbeing initiatives.
