Entry Level Sales Recruiter — Data & AI Location: Financial District

• New York City | 52k+ uncapped commission Ready to start a career in sales? At Harnham, you’ll learn how to build relationships, win business and connect companies with talent across data and AI. This is a 360 recruitment role , working with both candidates and clients. You’ll learn how to manage the full process, from finding talent and understanding a client’s hiring needs through to making a placement. Our 10-week training program will help you build the skills and confidence to get started. Who we’re looking for You don’t need recruitment experience. We’re looking for someone who is motivated by sales, enjoys meeting new people and is ready to learn. You’ll need the confidence to pick up the phone, the resilience to handle rejection and the drive to work toward targets. Experienced sourcers who want to develop their client and business development skills are also encouraged to apply.
