Description Site Lead – Maintenance & Operations / Supply & Logistics | U.S. Army Reserve Command, 99th Readiness Division Position: Full-Time / On-Site Duty Location: Assigned 99th Readiness Division Government facility; Fort Dix (Joint Base Mc. Guire-Dix-Lakehurst), New Jersey 08640. JOIN OUR TEAM! Caladwich is seeking a highly motivated Site Lead to support maintenance and equipment operation services for the U.
S. Army Reserve Command’s 99th Readiness Division. This key personnel role manages local maintenance activities, contractor personnel, equipment status, and daily customer support at the assigned site. This position contributes directly to equipment readiness and reliable local mission support. The Site Lead ensures maintenance procedures, work allocation, reporting, and safe operating practices support Army Reserve operational requirements.

- Manage maintenance activities and equipment operations at the assigned local place of performance.
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure their implementation in accordance with applicable technical publications and local requirements.
- Allocate workloads, schedule daily activities, and supervise contractor personnel within and outside the primary site workspace.
- Monitor equipment status, maintenance progress, work orders, and readiness to support customer priorities.
- Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repair actions, and final completion of assigned work.
- Oversee stored-equipment exercise activities, dispatch coordination, and related equipment storage and movement requirements.
- Manage local customer relationships and communicate operational issues and support needs to the PM or APM.
- Maintain maintenance logs and report daily activities, equipment status, and performance concerns. Operational Support
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, environmental requirements, and local site procedures.
- Support quality control inspections, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions for assigned maintenance and equipment operations.
- Coordinate personnel availability and workload coverage during exercises, emergencies, and increased operational tempo.
- Ensure required maintenance records, inspection documentation, and work-order data are accurate and complete.
- Coordinate use of applicable Army maintenance and logistics systems, including GCSS-Army, AESIP, MMIS, and Logistics Information Warehouse.
- Endorse contractor licensing authorization documentation, as applicable, and ensure personnel are qualified before operating assigned equipment.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of experience working with Army Reserve Command or another equivalent DoD organization, including maintenance and equipment operation programs.
- Experience supervising 15–20 personnel within and outside the primary location workspace.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to communicate clearly with coworkers, Government customers, and the public.
- Ability to use a personal computer and the software and applications needed for assigned duties. Other Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required unless the Government approves an exception under Army Regulation 25-2.
- Must have, at minimum, a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) before beginning contract performance and maintain the required eligibility throughout performance.
- Must obtain a Department of Defense Common Access Card (CAC) during the contract phase-in period and comply with installation access, information security, and identification requirements.
- Complete required security, safety, and other contract training; maintain certifications applicable to assigned duties.
- When operating vehicles or equipment, maintain the applicable training, licensing, certification, and road-testing requirements under AR 600-55.
- Must be available during operating hours at the assigned site, except federal holidays or Government administrative closures. During key events or increased operational tempo, availability may be required up to 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including holidays.
