• Total Compensation $95,000–$175,000+ Diagnose deeply. Treat intentionally. We’re hiring a Sports Performance Physical Therapist for our East Sacramento clinic. Our vision is to upgrade 100,000 lives by 2030, and we get there by developing clinicians who can bridge rehabilitation and performance — progressing patients from pain to function to return-to-sport through clinical reasoning, measurable outcomes, and one-on-one care. We believe elite sports medicine requires both high standards and continuous development. The Location Our East Sacramento clinic sits between Mc. Kinley Park, the American River Parkway, and the Fab 40s. Your caseload reflects the neighborhood: high school and collegiate athletes, endurance athletes training year-round on the Parkway, and active adults who refuse to slow down. What You’ll Do
• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and performance-based conditions
• Build individualized, goal-driven plans of care
• Use force-plate and objective performance data to inform return-to-sport decisions
• Collaborate with clinicians, coaches, and support staff
• Mentor DPT students rotating through the clinic (optional) What You’ll Find

• One-on-one treatment time and ownership of your caseload
• Structured mentorship, weekly case reviews, and a defined clinical progression pathway through KIMEU

• A team committed to raising the standard in sports physical therapy Compensation Base Salary $75,000–$100,000 (PT Level I–III) Gainshare Uncapped, performance-based Total Compensation $95,000–$175,000+ We’ll walk you through how Gainshare works during the interview process.
