Part of the group, Robert Plumb Horticulture is the specialised services business responsible for the ongoing care and maintenance of landscape projects created by Dangar Barin Smith. It is also skilled at implementing the soft landscaping in smaller-scale projects created by the consultancy practice. Our team of qualified landscape and horticulture professionals service clients in the Sydney metropolitan area as well as projects in Sydney's lower north shore.
We are currently seeking a Qualified Landscapers to join our experienced team: About the role: Assisting with site set-out and ground levelling to ensure precise and accurate landscaping. Conducting thorough site preparation for upcoming projects. Expertly handling planting, transplanting, and replacing plants to maintain or enhance outdoor spaces.
Installing various landscape materials such as pathways, garden beds, planters, fencing, and paving to create beautiful and functional environments. Performing general garden maintenance tasks including pruning, mulching, weeding, and fertilizing as needed to keep landscapes in top condition. Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all site areas to uphold standards.
Thriving in an outdoor-based role, adapting to work under various weather conditions. Prioritizing workplace health and safety to create a secure environment for yourself and team members. Facilitating the development and training of fellow team members to foster growth and expertise within the team.
About you
