Crew Leader

Grocery Outlet of Signal Hill is seeking motivated and dependable Crew Leaders to join our opening team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting daily operations, supervising team members, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and customer-focused store environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and support store associates during assigned shifts Assist with stocking, merchandising, and inventory management Operate cash registers and provide excellent customer service Help unload trucks and organize backroom inventory Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store Support opening and closing procedures Assist with training and coaching team members Ensure shelves remain fully stocked and presentation standards are maintained Qualifications Previous retail, grocery, or customer service experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation and flexible availability Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Growth and advancement opportunities Flexible scheduling Team-oriented work environment Opportunity to help launch a brand-new Grocery Outlet location
