Maintenance Technician

Bohemia Flats and Sand Creek Flats, two luxury apartment communities in New Prague and Jordan, MN, are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, maintenance on apartment turns, preventive maintenance and other required tasks. This is a part-time position, 20-30 hours per week, plus on-call emergency maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion including but not limited to plumbing, appliances, HVAC repairs, lock changes and minor electrical repairs Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Perform turnaround maintenance Lawncare and shoveling/salting in winter as needed Additional responsibilities as directed Qualifications: 3-4 years of previous maintenance experience required Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to work well as a team Must pass background check Must have the necessary tools for apartment maintenance.
