Assistant Taproom Manager
Job description
Reporting to the Taproom Manager, the Assistant Taproom Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of our taproom with a focus on exceptional consumer experience, train and coach our taproom team, provide authentic tour & event experiences, and have a critical eye to optimize our retail and merchandise presents. RESPONSIBILTIES: • Working with the Taproom Experience Manager to implement an aggressive Brewery sales plan to identify opportunities and develop an annual execution plan and budget. • Follow and engage in strategies to promote a hassle-free, welcoming and engaging customer experience. • Work with the Taproom Operations Manager and take a leading role in applying merchandizing techniques to
